All 341 meetings held on January 16th were continued to a later date. Debtors may contact their attorney’s offices and creditors may contact Linda Dickerson at extension 146 to receive the new meeting dates and times.

Please note: There is a new Zoom number and passcode for 341 Meetings of Creditors. See below for more information.

For Debtors

Welcome to the Chapter 13 program!  A person who files for bankruptcy relief is called a “debtor.”  This section of the Chapter 13 Trustee’s website is for debtors — it provides information about your duties as well as information about what to do when life happens during your Chapter 13 case.  Please review the links to the left; they contain the answers to many questions.

Throughout this process it is important that you know your case number and whether your case was filed in the Winchester or Southern Division.  Your case number was assigned at the beginning of your case, and it takes the form of 1:23-bk-12345-ABC.  Your division, generally, is determined by the county in which you live.  The table below shows the judicial divisions of the Eastern District of Tennessee.
