IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING
ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS TO THE CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE
We no longer accept electronic payments via an online payment system with SunTrust Bank called ePay. On November 15, 2018, this program is discontinued and you can no longer send electronic payments using the SunTrust ePay Program. However, you can access your ePay account information (i.e., pay history) until December 31, 2018. If you want to discontinue using ePay or already have, then there is nothing further for you to do. If you would like to continue making electronic payments to the Chapter 13 Trustee, then you will need to start using TFS Bill Pay - a new online payment system.
Now, a link to TFS Bill Pay is available on our website. Signing up for TFS Bill Pay will allow you to continue making electronic payments to the Chapter 13 Trustee. We believe that you will find TFS Bill Pay to be a more robust and user-friendly online payment system. If you would like to find out more information about TFS Bill Pay, please go to www.TFSbillpay.com or consult with your attorney. TFS Bill Pay has a dedicated support team to help you with your online payments available by telephone at 1-888-729-2413. If you want to utilize TFS Bill Pay, then you must register directly with them. Your prior online payment login information with the SunTrust ePay Program will not be transferred to TFS Bill Pay. Both SunTrust ePay and TFS Bill Pay are third-party vendors and any use of these services are agreements between you and the third-party vendor. Please note that payments made via TFS Bill Pay are optional and require additional costs collected by TFS Bill Pay - not us.
Making payments electronically is offered for your convenience. You can always make your payment by money order or certified check payable to the Chapter 13 Trustee and mailed to: Chapter 13 Trustee, P.O. Box 511, Chattanooga, TN 37401-0511. Always remember to write your name and case number on your payment.
